Troubleshooting industrial gases

Single flame stoves are an item in large kitchens. These devices are prone to breakdowns and various technical and non-spring defects due to continuous use. Considering this issue, it is a good thing to know the defects of single-flame to four-flame stoves, as well as the methods for fixing them. Because some of these problems can be solved easily and without the need for a specialist.
In the following list you can read the defects and their causes:
Flame misalignment: This problem occurs in all industrial gases for 3 reasons:
First, there is a defect in the gas adjusting screw, which must be repaired by specialized personnel.
Blocking the entrance of gas to the flame, which is reduced with the amount of fuel and did not increase, the amount is adjusted with screws and as a result, the amount of flame does not change.
Blockage of the gas outlet in the flame, which can be due to soot, and this also reduces the volume of gas out of the flame and makes it difficult to adjust the amount of flame.
Flame not lit: This factor occurs for the following 2 reasons:
Lack of air to burn
Lack of fuel to burn at the burner location
Flame heterogeneity: This is more common in the past and older industrial gases due to inaccurate gas component tolerances and poor assembly quality. One of the minor reasons for this is the change in fuel pressure, which is very limited and sometimes occurs. This can be checked by examining the cooked material at the bottom of the cooking pots.
The smell of gas in the air: This can be very serious and dangerous. To investigate this issue, the following reasons can be considered:
Problems with burners and gas leaks
There is a defect in the valve and it does not close completely
Defective gas adjusting screw
Leakage from the gas inlet to the stove
Damage to gas transmission pipes due to transfer or continuous contact with direct heat
Adjustment page failure: This problem is pervasive because these screws are one of the most widely used parts of industrial gases. The reasons for the failure of these screws are listed below.
Stuck while rotating
Loosening of the outer part
Excessive shaft of the inner shaft
Breakdown of coils
Spoiled spoilage
Smoke from flames: This can be seen in gases. This problem is due to the incorrect ratio of gas and air to burn.
Gas does not turn on: This can have the following causes:
Fuel does not reach the burner
Defective lighter
Defective cooking element
Non-blue flames: The best case of gas burning is shown in blue. This factor occurs in the absence of the right combination of gas and air to burn.
Non-static containers on the gas: If the bottom of your container is flat and there is no external mass and the ground is flat under a single flame, the cause of this factor can be two things:
Unbalanced single flame bases
Unbalanced container holders on a single flame burner
